Renovation Notification

Hutton Hotel – Nashville, Tennessee

The Hutton Hotel announced that the premier lifestyle hotel will begin a multi-phased dynamic renovation beginning June 2017 with a targeted completion in late third quarter of 2017.  The transformation will involve the signature restaurant, guest rooms, suites, and lobby, as well as the creation of an organically curated experience venue.  The timeline for renovations is as follows.

June 12-Aug 1, 2017

Hotel lobby will undergo renovation. Hotel restaurant will close for renovation during June and July. 24-hour room service will be available and hotel will offer complimentary continental breakfast to all guests during this period. Complimentary shuttle to area restaurants within a 3mile radius will also be offered via the valet team.

June 26-Sept 15, 2017

Redesigning of guest rooms to provide guests with a curated experience; appropriate for the time and location.   Featuring a new color palette, new fabrics, bedding, and furniture.

June 12-Sept 15,2017

Additional space build-out with construction taking place on 2nd and 3rd floors of the main building. Work is scheduled Mon to Fri 8am to 5pm, with possibility of work on Saturdays. We apologize for any inconvenience caused during this time while we transform our product.

Pricing sheets for all of our contracted properties can be downloaded directly from our system.  After logging in select Pricing Sheets under the Reservations menu where pricing sheets can be exported directly to Excel. 


Add transfers, attractions, and day tours to your booking at any time.  Check the reservations system for availability or contact with your requests.


Relationships we have with several hotel brands give us access to preferential rates at many of their properties without having a contract in our reservations system.  Let us know if you would like us to quote any Hyatt, IHG, Marriott, or Starwood property that does not appear in our system as we have access to competitive pricing and preferential payment terms.


Emergency Assistance is available for guests on the road by calling 1-800-537-5378.  Outside of normal office hours the caller will be prompted to press “2” in order to have the call transferred directly to a mobile phone monitored by a customer service representative.
