Creative Travel Inc. Terms & Conditions
RATES – All rates are quoted in US dollars and include all current taxes. Creative Travel Inc. reserves the right to modify published rates due to changes in local taxes, availability and blackout dates sent by the hotels. In that case Creative Travel Inc. will notify and changes via our “Important Information” emails. There are Special Events and Holidays during which Creative Travel Inc. may have obtained availability at higher rates than the ones published and on such occasions we will inform you at the time of booking.
TRANSFERS AND ATTRACTIONS – Are net during the validity of the program. Transfers and Attractions booked without a hotel or package reservation will be subject to a service fee of $35.00 per booking.
FIT HOTELS – Are net during the validity of the program as per conditions stipulated in our contract at the time of opening an account with Creative Travel Inc..
PACKAGES, FLY-DRIVE PROGRAMS AND SCHEDULED MOTORCOACH DEPARTURES – Are net per person during the validity of the program as per conditions stipulated in our contract at the time of opening an account with Creative Travel Inc.
BOOKING ACCEPTANCE AND PROCEDURES – Creative Travel Inc. will not process any booking request unless you have opened an account with us. New clients will be required to complete an Account Activation Form and a credit application providing a minimum of 3 business references within USA and Canada. After the application has been received, we will advise you if it has been approved and the relevant conditions of business. To open an account, please contact email@example.com No booking or cancellation is confirmed until you receive a written Booking Confirmation/Invoice or Booking Cancellation notice from Creative Travel Inc., and it is your responsibility to ensure that the details are correct. This applies to all forms of booking including our internet booking system (reservations.creativetravelna.com), Free Sale, Block, etc. Failure to adhere to this procedure may result in fees.
MOTORCOACH DEPARTURES – Motorcoach tours are subject to a minimum number of participants to operate. We will advise at least 61 days prior to departure if minimum numbers have not been reached. You will then have the choice of booking an alternative holiday with us, changing your departure date at the appropriate additional cost, or cancelling the booking entirely. In case the minimum amount of passengers has not been reached we reserve the right to operate the tour in a minibus or a van, with a driver/guide. This will be advised 40 days out in advance of tour departure and the clients will have the right to accept (in writing) or cancel without charge.

Bookings can be made through the internet booking system (reservations.creativetravelna.com) when approved by Creative Travel Inc.. For login and password please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Every reservation made through reservations.creativetravelna.com will be considered definite. All reservations will be confirmed under prepaid status unless credit has been established with Creative Travel Inc.. Every reservation under prepaid status needs to be prepaid at least 14 days before day of arrival to avoid cancellation of booking.
DOCUMENTATION AND VOUCHERS – For Creative Travel Inc. Fly-Drive Tours and FIT Motorcoach Tours, Creative Travel Inc. will arrange for full documentation packets including hotel vouchers to be waiting at the first hotel on the program. A voucher for the tour must be issued by you to the first hotel (including hotel address and telephone number), listing the name and date of the program, names and number of passengers, room types and the Creative Travel Inc. booking reference stating the following – “Exchange this voucher upon check-in at hotel for a Creative Travel Inc. information packet. Program booked through Creative Travel Inc., telephone 207-563-2288. It is your responsibility to ensure your passengers have correct joining documentation for Creative Travel Inc. programs.
VOUCHER INCLUSIONS – Creative Travel Inc. does not issue vouchers for FIT hotels only but they can be obtained through the actual booking in reservations.creativetravelna.com. It is your responsibility to ensure that your guests have vouchers for any hotel that is not part of a package or fly-drive program. The following information should be included on all vouchers – Hotel Name, Address and Phone Number; Creative Travel Inc. booking number: Passenger Name(s); Arrival and Departure Date; Room Type along with the following verbiage “Booked and Paid by Creative Travel Inc., PO Box 917, Brunswick, ME 04011, Telephone 207-406-4602).
Creative Travel Inc. will provide Travel Documents as follows:
FIT Motorcoach Tours – A detailed descriptive itinerary; hotel list, maps, brochures and luggage tags.
Fly-Drive & Rail Tours – Sightseeing & Information Guide Book; detailed driving directions from hotel to hotel included in the program, maps, brochures and coupons.
CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES & REFUNDS POLICY – All cancellations must be advised in writing and personally handled by our reservations team; we do not accept cancellations over the phone. Creative Travel Inc. reserves the right of charging the client for any cancellation fee that is incurred at the time of the cancellation. If the guest cancels any service or hotel while traveling it is mandatory that they obtain a cancellation number from the Tour Operator or Hotel and we reserve the right to charge an administration fee for every charge made. For all cancellations made through our online reservation system Creative Travel Inc. will cancel all the services and inform you via email if any fee has been incurred. If Creative Travel Inc. doesn’t receive the payment for these fees, we reserve the right to cancel any future bookings. All requests for refunds need to be made within 28 days after the departure date. Creative Travel Inc. will not accept any refund request after this period without exception. All name changes within 30 days of the day of arrival must be sent to our reservations team. If our supervisors notice that the client requested several times to change the name for the same reservation we reserve the right to request prepayment for that specific booking. Creative Travel Inc. doesn’t guarantee that the hotel will accept the name changes.
CANCELLATION CHARGES – Certain properties (especially inns and resorts) impose different cancellation policies to those listed below; please review them through our online reservation system. If no mention is made through our booking system the following cancellation charges will apply:
More than 7 days prior to arrival date – No Charge
7 to 4 days prior to arrival date – $25.00 per booking plus any applicable hotel charges
3 to 0 days prior to arrival date – $50.00 per booking plus any applicable hotel charges
All No Shows will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night payment minimum plus any applicable hotel charges. If Creative Travel Inc. does not receive payment for these fees we reserve the right to cancel any future bookings until payment is received by our Accounting Department.
Fly-Drive & Rail Tours
Creative Travel Inc. purchases rail tickets for only“unreserved trains,” valid for days of travel only. Seats are available on a first- come, first served basis. Tickets are subject to 100% cancellation fee once confirmed by Creative Travel Inc. See individual price panels.
More than 3o days prior to arrival date – Full coast of Train Tickets
30 to 7 days prior to arrival – $100.00 per person plus Full Coast of Train Tickets plus any applicable hotel charges
6 to 0 days prior to arrival – $150.00 per person plus Full Coast of Train Tickets plus any applicable hotel charges
No Show – Full Charge
More than 30 days prior to arrival date – No Charge
30 to 15 days prior to arrival date – $100.00 per person plus any applicable hotel charges
14 to 7 days prior to arrival – $150.00 per person plus any applicable hotel charges
6 to 1 day prior to arrival – $200.00 per person plus any applicable hotel charges
No Show – Full Charge
GROUPS – Every time a group is confirmed our Groups Department will inform the client of the conditions for each specific group and those conditions must be followed to avoid either attrition or cancellation fees. In order to confirm a group, Creative Travel Inc. will request a deposit to guarantee the space. If the deposit is not received by the time stipulated by our Groups Department, Creative Travel Inc. will not be responsible if the hotels release the space. Every group has to be prepaid 30 days before day of arrival. Credit privileges apply for individual bookings only. Under no circumstance will Creative Travel Inc. accept group bookings through our online reservation system. If a group booking is made online, we reserve the right to cancel all the services without prior notice.
ACCOMMODATIONS – Creative Travel Inc. contracts rooms on a run of the house basis and does not guarantee bedding type. Hotels do not generally guarantee a separate bed for Triple/Quad occupancy rooms. Children must share the room with 2 adults with existing bedding type. Rollaways are usually available for an extra charge which is paid by the guest directly to the hotel.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS – It is the travelers entire responsibility for obtaining all the pertinent travel documents complying with customs, and the laws of place to which they are traveling. Creative Travel Inc. is not responsible for any charge that may be imposed by any government entity.
PAYMENT POLICY – Except for Groups, payment in full must be received at least 14 days prior to arrival date of the booking to avoid cancellation unless credit terms have been established with us.. For clients with credit established all the invoices must be paid within 30 days after first travel date, after 31 days a monthly finance charge of 1.5% will apply. Payments made by credit card must include a 3%finance charge. In order to avoid bank processing/delivery fees which can range from $10.00 to $100.00, Creative Travel Inc. requests that all payments should be made with checks in US dollars against a US Bank. Any charges by banks for processing/delivery will be charged back to the sender. All wire transfers should be addressed to:

DEPOSITS – Due to high demand at a hotel Creative Travel Inc. could request non-refundable deposits to guarantee reservations. If such deposits are not received within the stipulated time all the reservations will be cancelled automatically. If the client wants to reinstate the bookings we will inform of the new conditions.
RESPONSIBILITY – Creative Travel Inc. acts as an intermediary only between travelers and service providers and therefore assumes no responsibility or liability for injury, damage, loss, accident. Delay or irregularity which may by caused through the acts or omissions of any company or person involved in providing the services arranged by Creative Travel Inc.. Creative Travel Inc. reserves the right to substitute any hotel for equal or higher quality.
